Health, beauty, light, love, pleasure, serenity, peace, joy, prosperity and all good things are what the universe intends for us to have and receive.  Each one of us is a reflection of, a small facet of, an infinite light being.  We need only remember.  I am dedicated to being open to give and receive all that the universe has to offer and to serve you in the remembrance of your inherent goodness.

Current lifetime herstory:

Over 20 years of combined experience in yoga, bodywork, meditation and dance, I was first introduced to Hatha Yoga through Swami Satchitanada at Woodstock, New York and later studied at the Integral Yoga Institute in Berkeley, California. I taught in Colorado for two years at the Kripalu Center in Littleton, Co.  I taught Yoga in Walnut Creek, CA at World Yoga Healing Arts Center and in Lafayette, CA at ABsolute Center for 3 years prior to moving to Arizona.  I taught Yoga and Reiki at Trilogy / Shea Homes in Queen Creek, AZ for three years prior to moving to Ashland and have been in this amazing tree eden for almost three years now.

I received my Acupressure / Massage training at the Acupressure Institute of Berkeley, CA and my and Acu-Yoga Teacher training and certification from Michael Gach, the Institute’s founder and developer of Acu-Yoga.

I received my Usui Reiki Master attunements and teaching credential in the summer of 1996 (10th in line to Hayawa Takata in direct lineage to

Master Usui) from Rhianna Miller. 

I received my Karuna Reiki® Master attunement and training from

Astarius Reiki-Om in December 2006.

My classes and healing sessions provide a safe, welcoming and nurturing environment for people to practice, explore their edge and to reconnect to their true essence. 

Each morning we are born again.

Healing...

“The “art” of healing is called many things, but it was, and always will be, a channeling of energy from the universal life force through the mind
and body of the healer to
the person being healed.
Christian healing has always emphasized that healing comes from God, and they are right. If a person were to heal another with their own
personal energy, they will fall down senseless. There must be the reali-zation of the tremendous force of energy that is utilized for physical and mental healing–it cannot be done without drawing in the power that is necessary.
Even when a large prayer
group prays for a healing, their own energies must be
combined with spiritual
power in order for that
healing to be accom-plished.
By doing so, the healer
relinquishes his/her own
concepts of what the person to be healed needs, for that would limit the scope of the
healing and perhaps direct it incorrectly. Healing energy (creative energy) spreads through a body completely, with the body itself directing
it where it is needed.

Healing someone’s thought patterns and/or a disturbed mind, is even more complicated and must not be directed. Many people are now praying for the
deliverance of leaders who are hell-bent on destroying anything that does not meet with their concepts of what should be. Their mental confusion is often wrapped up in religious dogmas and cultural concepts of long
standing. Pray for them,
indeed, but don’t tell God to keep them from doing something or changing their minds. Place no limitations,
no directions, no concepts of your own into the prayers to
confuse the issue in request for energy healing for such
leaders. Instead, direct your prayers for layers of healing energy to overlay the problem
areas – ask that the spiritual guidance of wayward persons becomes stronger and that their own con-science becomes clearer in its intentions. In other words, let the Creator take care of what needs to be done. All that you need do is furnish the loving energy from your own consciousness to start the process and keep it going! Thought precedes action, in all ways!

Send your healing energies to all those who are suffering so much from the ignorance
and cruelty of humanity and the effects of a world stretching and complaining in its transition to a new cycle of being. The energies you send will help them in ways you cannot imagine, bringing
strength and love to those who have hurt others and who have been hurt. Start the
spiral of directed energy and it will automatically be drawn to those who are in need of it. This is your Gift, and your
spiritual responsibility.”
